1987 ad rescued from a damaged issue of REGARDIE'S magazine.  Maryland Lumber Co. ad featuring "Karen."  Seems to be quite an unusual ad for a lumber company -- especially in 1987.  I'm sure it accomplished the goal of getting everyone to look at, and read the page...
To the best of my knowledge, Maryland Lumber Company is no longer in business.  They serviced customers in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. area.
Ad text is also quite interesting:

Page is in good condition, but does have several minor wrinkles or bends where it was handled and turned while bound into the magazine.  The page measures 7 3/4" x 10 3/4".  The reverse side (also shown in photo attached), is advertising The Masonry Institute.
I'll place the page in a plastic sleeve and secure between two pieces of white foam board for mailing by USPS First Class in a bubble envelope.  I'll mail same day, on next day after PayPal payment is received.
