Up for sale here we have a Old 1930s SKANDIA COAL & LUMBER Co. Apron formally located in Rockford, Illinois and made by Advertisers Mfg. Co..  We purchased this apron from a gentlemen that was in his 70s and this apron was his fathers.  He thought the apron was most likely from the 30s, but his father worked for the company from the late 20s through the 30s.  The apron was stored in a dark area of shop for many years and the red color is great.  The apron measures (not including the neck strap) 22"high x 17"wide.  The apron is in very good condition for its age.  We haven't tried to clean it at all.  It comes to you the way we received it from a very old living estate.  Most of the makers tag is still with it.  The lettering on the apron is still very bright.  The apron could use a cleaning if desired.  Please view all photos for a better view at contents and condition.
