These are not your Walmart or Dollar Tree scissors.  These are precise, sharp, especially designed for the needs of the sewer, quilter or embroiderer.
There are 5 Fiskars scissors including the black pair with the bend in the handle.  The black pair has a spring loaded handle with a lock to lock the blades closed.  The rotary cutter is Fiskars and has a two inch blade.  In the picture, the orange thing on the top locks the blade in the cutting position and the little "button" on the side behind the blade puts the blade back in the closed position.

The scissors with the inside blue handle and the one on the bottom left of the main picture are Mundial.  The blue handle pair have serrated blades and is 8 1/2 inches long.  The other pair is:
