    This is a pair of Singer sewing scissors. They are the Kut-Nit Shears Serrated & Knife Edge No. C 808 model.  They are especially made to cut polyester double knits, synthetic, bonded and other heavy materials. I have a pair myself and they are great scissors for cutting fabrics.
