United Carr Cast Iron Press
There are two numbers stamped on it, M 100 2 and M 100-1. Very minimal rust for the age. It is used for putting eyelets in leather and other strong material. I thing some pieces are missing to do this but it can be used for decoration.
It does go up and down very easy. Please see all pictures as they are part of my description.
